PVC-U-LIKE Special Garment Request Form

If you have not ordered a special garment before,
please read our ordering information and Terms & Conditions.

Please complete your details and state exactly what special garment you want. This can be based on one of our stock garments, or something of your own design. The pictures in our gallery may give you some ideas. Make sure you include size details, measurements and which material you want the garment made from. Then press the 'Send Request' button. We will then be able to e-mail or phone you with a price quote for making your bespoke garment. Once you have placed your order for any "Special" or "Bespoke" garments, payment will be taken immediately, upon receipt of order.
